COD - Knut Øversjøen withdraws as member of the board

Board member Knut Øversjøen has today informed the board of Codfarmers
ASA that he must step down from the board, effective immediately. 
Øversjøen leaves the board for regulatory reasons in connection with his
acceptance of a position with Carnegie Investment Banking.

The board of Codfarmers will in cooperation with the nomination
committee consider if a new candidate to replace Øversjøen shall be
proposed in connection with the Company's annual general meeting.
