08/02-2010 11:13:00: (IGNIS) Extraordinary general meeting held

The Extraordinary general meeting of Ignis ASA was held today, Monday the 8(th)
of February. A total of 9,125,758 shares amounting to 21.51 percent of the share
capital were represented in the meeting. All proposals were resolved as
presented in the notice issued 18 January 2010.
